Ingredients
  1. 1/4 c olive oil
  2. 1 tbsp dried Italian herbs
  3. 1/2 c matchstick carrots
  4. 2 yellow squash, julienned
  5. 1 onion, julienned
  6. 1 yellow bell pepper, julienned
  7. 1 red bell pepper, julienned
  8. 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
  9. 1/2 c vegetable broth
  10. 15 cherry tomatoes, halved
  11. 1/2 c Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
  1. Heat large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and dried herbs.
  2. Add vegetables and sauté 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add broth and tomatoes; cook 5 minutes.
  4. Season primavera to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with cheese.
