That honor comes from the J.D. Power annual study and it includes natural gas companies in the south region. The study focused on the 61 largest natural gas utilities in the United States.
T.J. Szelistowski, president of TECO Peoples Gas, thanked our business customers who were among the more than 10,000 who participated in the study.
“Natural gas is an important part of doing business in Florida, and it’s supported with top-ranked customer service from the state’s largest provider,” he added. “We’re proud to deliver natural gas safely and reliably at a fair price to businesses in Florida.”
