Satisfaction can take many forms – and when TECO crews fanned out across Florida to get service back on for our customers as part of a history-making restoration effort after Hurricane Irma – satisfaction meant the relief of having reliable natural gas and electricity again.

In calmer-weather times, TECO Peoples Gas customers expressed their satisfaction in another way: by letting J.D. Power know their satisfaction with their natural gas provider was not just high, but higher than it was the year before for the fifth year in a row.

The J.D. Power 2017 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study is the latest in a string of good news for TECO Peoples Gas and, more importantly, the customers we’re proud to serve. For 16 years, the study has ranked utilities by size and region, with TECO Peoples Gas in the South Midsize category as Florida’s largest natural gas provider serving about 370,000 customers.

J.D. Power also named TECO Peoples Gas No. 1 in business customer satisfaction in the South region earlier this year.
