An easy-to-make healthy pizza.
Ingredients
- Flat tortilla wrap
- BBQ Sauce
- Reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- Diced purple onion
- Diced red pepper
- Roasted corn
- Slow cooker BBQ chicken
- Italian spices
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over low heat. Place tortilla in pan.
- Spread BBQ sauce on half of the tortilla. Sprinkle with onion, red pepper, corn, and chicken, and top with cheese.
- Flip the other half of the tortilla over, creating a half moon shape.
- Cook until crisp on one side and then flip to brown the other.
